Any tips would be appreciated. I found a pretty easy way to wrap the files using UltraEdit.

I'm having problems unwrapping in UltraEdit though. I want to be able to specify the segment terminator and have it unwrap based on that, rather than blocked or "end of window". I have, and use UltraEdit also, but have not used it for wraping files. When your using ultra edit are you puting the file into hex first.
